I see my role as supporting mental health workers in finding their unique style and journey through their role as a helper. I am informed by a variety of theoretical orientations in my own therapeutic work, but that does not mean that I expect others to work in the same way. My intention is to support practitioners in finding empowerment in their practice through a blend of consultation, education, and exploring how and where our personal journeys intersect with our work.
